As Breakthrough Club's selected general contractor, Rainbow has provided construction services for the non-profit organization in three different locations over the past twelve years. This latest project involved building a 4,000 square foot addition to Breakthrough's new home in the former Delta Dental building and renovating the first floor, including installing a commercial kitchen. The addition on the north (left side of building in photograph) was built using masonry and Portland cement plaster and other materials so that it appears as if it was always a part of the original building. |
