Rainbow Construction Co., Inc., Dwayne Rumsey & Co., Bill Hiett of Dimension 5 and Dave Clark worked together as the design/build team for all aspects of this project, including site development, building design, construction, ordering/installation of equipment and furnishings, and landscaping/irrigation. Final design, finishes, equipment and furnishings were arrived at through diligent value engineering to achieve the appearance and functionality Credit Union of America representatives desired within an acceptable budget. The 3000 square foot branch provides unconventional lobby teller service, with all the tellers remotely located and accessible to members through state-of-the-art television communications and pneumatic equipment. The wood frame and brick veneer building also includes three member service representative areas, private offices, support areas and three lane covered drive-up.
