This project was a complete renovation taking the existing space back to bare structural elements and creating a beautiful new branch bank facility. The project included the addition of a canopy with two drive-up teller stations, standing seam awnings, new offices, three teller transaction counter with granite countertops, custom check writing stand, new carpet, tile, paint, new store front entry, masonry work, and new concrete parking and drives. Architectural woodwork and glass separate the office space giving full view of the lobby area to the branch manager. The basement was converted into a multi-purpose room with kitchen facilities that incorporate the original 1900's era teller station from Freeport, Kansas for use as a serving area.
