"As Business Manager, I have had the opportunity to be involved with two phases of major construction at the church. Rainbow Construction Company has been chosen as the general contractor for both projects. Rainbow was chosen through the bid process for the first project. We decided not to go through the bid process again, but went directly to Rainbow on the second project as our contractor of choice. This was the result of the exceptional quality of their work and the relationship that was established during the initial project. Rainbow was very conscientious throughout the entire process. We were on budget, and with the few exceptions of weather delays, on time. It was very easy to work with Bob Howard and his entire staff, as they were very eager to produce a quality product, with no short cuts. We are excited about working with Bob and his crew on this next phase, as they start with the architects early in the project to bring some value engineering to our benefit." A new school and church facility, complete with gymnasium, locker rooms, cafeteria, library, theatre stage, 15 classrooms and administrative offices. The gymnasium and stage area were designed to be used for church services and events as well as school activities, until the new fellowship hall/sanctuary is built by Rainbow later this year.
