" PEC has had two expansion projects completed by Rainbow Construction. Both projects involved the addition of a second floor on top of the existing first floor roof. PEC had to maintain full occupancy and remain in complete operation on the first floor below where the construction was occurring. Rainbow was very cooperative and conscientious of our staff working below the expansion project. Bob Howard and his staff provided quiet and efficient work methods to accommodate our needs, while producing a quality product. Our first project was a low bid selection and we were very impressed with Rainbow's quality workmanship, flexibility, honesty and Bob's hands-on approach. For our second project, Rainbow was our first choice and we negotiated directly with them to expedite the process. In 1999/2000, Rainbow Construction added a vertical addition onto a portion of Professional Engineering Consultants' existing building while 150 engineers worked and watched from the first floor. In 2002/2003, Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) again asked Rainbow to expand their office space by building a second vertical addition and joining it to the first one. Both additions attractively complement the original building and provide PEC with the additional space the company needed. Rainbow Construction continues to perform other general contractor services for PEC as needed, including renovating some of the building's original space in 2006 and 2007.
