Consisting of 12,700 square feet of office and training facilities, the building is constructed of site-cast tilt-up panels using colored aggregate and a sandblast finish. Rainbow received a national outstanding achievement award for this project from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, as well as an award of excellence, the highest honor awarded by the Associated General Contractors of Kansas.
